Shipping Information
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time — we’ll let you know before you confirm your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Australia: Express Post (1–3 business days) or Standard Post (3–7 business days).
- International: Express (5–10 business days) or Standard (7–14 business days).
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout.
- Free express shipping within Australia on orders over $300 AUD.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ARCK purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following:
Change of Mind Returns
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.
- Sale items, earrings, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and customisation reasons.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- We will assess and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as ARCK is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Request a Return
1. Email arck.online@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5 business days.
Warranty
All ARCK pieces come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering faults in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover wear and tear, damage, or loss.
