A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll assess the item and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund if applicable.

Q: Is my jewellery covered by a warranty?
A: Yes, all pieces come with a 12-months manufacturing warranty against faults in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover wear and tear, damage, or loss.
